Terms of Sale

1. Subject
These terms and conditions regulate the online sale of gift vouchers for gourmet experiences at Amandus Ristorante of Villa Lario Resort, available for purchase on the website shop.villalarioresortmandello.com.

2. Type of Products
The vouchers grant access to culinary experiences with features selectable at the time of purchase (for example: type of menu, number of guests, optional extras). The choices made during the ordering process are binding and cannot be changed afterward.

3. Payment Methods
Voucher payments can be made via:
• PayPal
• Credit card (through a secure credit card circuit)
The order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

4. Voucher Delivery
Vouchers can be:
• Shipped in paper format within Italian territory only
• Sent in digital format (PDF) to the email address provided at the time of purchase
• Picked up at Villa Lario Resort by previous arrangement
Delivery times for paper vouchers depend on the chosen shipping service. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third parties.

5. Voucher Validity
Vouchers have a limited validity period, defined as follows:
• Purchases made from January to October: valid for the entire opening season of the current year (from April to October). For exact opening and closing dates, please contact +39 0341 1918026, as they may vary slightly each year.
• Purchases made from November to December: valid for the entire opening season of the following year (from April to October). For exact opening and closing dates, please contact +39 0341 1918026, as they may vary slightly each year.
The expiration date is clearly stated on the voucher. After this date, the voucher can no longer be used or refunded.

6. Reservation
Use of the voucher is subject to mandatory reservation, as specified on the voucher itself and depends on of the restaurant’s availability.
We recommend booking in advance.
Please note: any requests regarding allergies, intolerances, or personalized menus must be communicated at the time of booking. We kindly ask you to contact the restaurant in advance to confirm the feasibility of your requests.

7. Menu consistency at the table
If one of the guests uses a voucher for the “A Mano Libera” Tasting Menu, all guests at the table must take part in the same menu experience, as it is designed as a unified tasting journey and cannot be combined with other menu options.

8. Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be canceled within and no further 12:00 PM on the same day.
If the reservation is canceled after 12:00 PM or in the event of a no-show, the voucher will be considered no longer valid and will be permanently canceled.

9. Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of vouchers for leisure services with an open date but limited validity.
No refunds, replacements, or conversions into cash are provided for purchased vouchers.

10. Purchases from Abroad
Vouchers can also be purchased by users living outside Italy. In this case, the available delivery methods are:
• Digital delivery via email
• Pickup at the Villa Lario Resort location
Physical shipping is available for within Italian territory only.
